  Worried that the gift won't arrive in time? Is the special day too soon? Play it safe and give them one of our gift cards instead!

It's very important that you choose a good photo to achieve a high-quality engraving.
- Make sure that the photo has a good resolution and that the subject is clearly visible, sharp, and in focus.
- Also, ensure the subject is not partially covered by objects and that the ears are not cropped: if you can’t see it, it won’t be engraved!

Avoid uploading low-resolution or poorly lit photos with parts of the subject barely visible.

We do not recommend creating a Feyral™ with two or more animals and it is preferable to create one for each animal: take advantage of this by ordering more than one bracelet or, alternatively, by personalising a keychain or necklace!

The materials we recommend are Sterling silver or Gold.
These materials give the jewellery an unparalleled lustre and allow our craftsmen to work with even greater detail. The resulting piece of jewellery will be a real gem to give as a gift to the person dearest to you.

In case you do not want to use any precious materials, we recommend a beautiful, carefully-engraved steel pendant.

Do you only engrave dogs?
No, we can create your Feyral™ with any animal you want!

Can I engrave two dogs together?
We recommend not to, as this can affect the level of detail our craftsmen can achieve. Create a Feyral™ for each animal!

If my Feyral™ gets scratched, will the image disappear?
Absolutely not! The image is not simply printed, it's engraved, so no scratch will erase the image.

Do you ship to my country?
Absolutely, we ship to UK and we have a partnership with Royal Mail and FedEx.

How soon will I receive my Feyral?
Since this is a custom piece of jewellery made by request, the processing time is 7 to 8 days, and you will receive updates on the process via email (casting - tempering - shearing - engraving - filing).
